British Gas

Finding smart new ways for companies to communicate is one of the things we do best. Our online communications toolkit provided an exciting, flexible platform for British Gas to do just that.

Working closely with consultants, The DHC Group, we launched the Make a Difference website to support a series of managers’ conferences at British Gas. The site attracted 2,866 unique users in its first month alone, reaching 73% of the target audience.

The site provided a forum for staff to share experiences, learn more about ideas that had been raised during the event, and refresh their company knowledge.

Finally, we included a series of exercises for staff visiting the site, allowing them to share and communicate information that they thought was valuable with their teams.
