Our Story

Blackbridge was founded in 2005 by an experienced group of media, advertising and communications specialists. We've become one of the fastest growing communications agencies in the UK and continue to break new ground, solving an increasingly wide range of communications issues, but without compromising our personality. Our London office in EC2 employs about twenty-five people and is located in an old Bank of England print works. We also have a team based in Wilmslow, Cheshire

Senior Digital Project Manager

Central London

We’re a small, vibrant communications agency in the heart of London, with an increasingly stellar portfolio of knockout projects for grown-up businesses and cherished consumer brands. Our Project Managers here are client-facing, working with multiple clients at a time and getting the most out of those relationships from a business development perspective. Our work is hugely varied across the entire digital space and although the staple will be running design and build projects, we frequently get involved in user research, workshops and pure consultancy. Crucially, the team is genuinely motivated and ambitious.

We need a hands-on, seasoned project manager with proven expertise delivering successful digital projects, from scoping and creative to build, UAT and delivery. You will be used to working in a fast paced agency environment and want to be instrumental in the direction that projects take; creatively, strategically and technically. That calls for a real details person and with responsibility for timelines, budgets and the efficiencies of all our digital projects.

We’ll need to see at least 10 years’ project management experience and 5 years in a purely digital role and a real passion for technology, web services and applications, and the very latest digital solutions. People management and work-scheduling skills are a must, coupled with a deep understanding of the user centred design process and UX techniques. We also want to see a flair for financial management and some sound commercial and negotiation principles, too. Finally, it’s a lively, positive, can-do place kind of place, here; If that sounds like the sort of environment you’d like to prove yourself in, we’re all ears.

Midweight/Senior Designer

Central London

Blackbridge is a hands-on environment and you’ll be expected to help out on a challenging range of projects. You could find yourself creating, producing and printing marketing materials or advertising campaigns,dreaming up new ways to engage employees, designing a brand identity or building digital components for an online marketing initiative. Whatever the brief, you’ll approach it with enthusiasm and fresh thinking.

It’s fast paced and yes, no two days are ever the same. That’s not to say you won’t have some fun along the way. We’re a tight knit team who believe in pulling together to deliver the most inspiring solutions for clients.

We’re looking for a graphic designer with several years' agency experience of working on broad communications projects, including advertising, marketing and digital design. You’ll be a solid, all-rounder, just as capable of driving a brief through to completion alone, as you are working as part of a team with art directors, copywriters and account teams.

Freelancers

We’re always on the lookout for stellar freelancers to add to our roster. Creative individuals with bags of experience and a killer portfolio. Art directors, designers, coders, digital gurus and beyond. We’re a hands on bunch, so the projects change from day-to-day. It might be pitch work, specialist work we need your expertise on or just general holiday cover. Despite being freelance, you’ll be treated like part of the team and we love to build long lasting relationships with individuals we can trust. Sound like you?
