So what do we look for when we recruit people?
Good question. Enthusiasm and creativity. An interesting and varied past. And?... OK, there isn’t a specific template that makes for a great Blackbridge person.
Sure, people will have to tick a few boxes, but when it comes down to it we’re interested in interesting people. Those who are experts in their fields. And they can be fields that don’t necessarily have anything to do with employer marketing because we can adapt people’s skills to suit what we do.
