We need you to help ensure this process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Reporting to one of our Account Directors, you will assist in the account management of a diverse group of clients which will predominantly include the administration and media planning of a range of online, print and production projects. After acknowledging and assessing the client’s requirements you will carry out accurate media research before managing the bookings and invoicing processes.

As you’ll be working closely with clients as well as our media partners, excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service are a given. Faultlessly managing your workload will demand impeccable organisational, numeracy and administration skills. You must also be proud of your attention to detail as your work will encompass everything from proof-reading to filing. Experience of using MS Office will be essential, and an understanding of print and publishing software would be a real advantage. Sales and marketing exposure, including proven project management ability would be an real asset, too.
